1. Fulfillment & Production

Because every piece from Frames and Form is custom-manufactured to order—whether a rolled print or a gallery-framed edition—production takes time before the item leaves the facility.

  • Production Time: Please allow 3 to 7 business days for custom printing, framing, and quality inspection prior to shipment.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and transit times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the format of your order (rolled prints in tubes vs. large-format framed glass boxes).

  • Domestic Shipping (US): Standard transit typically takes 3 to 7 business days after production.

  • You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves the manufacturing facility.

3. Shipping Formats & Packaging

  • Rolled Prints: Carefully rolled in heavy-duty protective mailing tubes to prevent creasing or environmental damage during transit.

  • Framed Prints: Securely packed with reinforced corner protectors and custom structural boxing to ensure the frame and glass/acrylic arrive intact and ready to hang.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international regions. International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Frames and Form is not responsible for packages misdelivered, delayed, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
